hi Sitnalm!
it's really not difficult to have FD3S brakes on Lantis V6 knuckles. the bolt slots are just 1 mm difference. all you should do step by step are:
1. find a pair of good condition FD3S calipers and rotors.
2. grind off the adjoining sides of caliper legs and knuckle arms by 2mm and 3mm respectively.
3. build a pair of 13mm-thick spacers that are to be inserted between wheel hubs and brake roter caps.
4. re-drill bigger bolt slots on both caliper legs and knuckle arms, making sure that now all slots are exactly precise with one another and that screws are made on knuckle arms.
5. assemble spacers (in (3)), brake rotors, and calipers to the knuckles. (fine adjusting (+-1 mm) where necessary)
6. grind off some metal parts of knuckle joints to make sure that they will not scratch inner brake rotors when making turn.
7. assemble the completely assembled brakes+knuckles to shock absorbers and knuckle joints. (fine adjusting (+-1 mm) where necessary)
8. complete the job with normal brake installation procedure.
the above mentioned steps can be used for both original FD3S brakes (294 mm rotors) and face-lifted FD3S brakes (314 mm rotors).
cheers!!!
